SALON AND SPA POLICIES

Appointments
We recommend that you schedule upcoming appointments while at the Salon. A courtesy reminder call is made for all of our appointments. Arriving late will deprive you of your appointment time or may result in the need to reschedule your services. When booking spa packages or first time chemical services a credit card
or gift certificate number must be given to reserve the appointment.

In the event of a cancellation we may call clients to see if they want to adjust their appointment time to one that may be more convenient for them.

Punctuality
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment time so that we can get you checked in, changed and relaxed for your personalized treatment.

Cancellations
Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We must charge the full amount for an unkept appointment. Excessive last minute cancellations and no shows will result in the pre-payment of services for future appointments.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card and personal checks accompanied with a valid license. Returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee.

Tranquil Atmosphere
We have created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for our clients. Please be considerate when bringing children. They should be well behaved and attended to at all times by an adult not receiving services. Children under the age of thirteen are not allowed in the Spa. We are a totally smoke-free environment. Thank you for your consideration and helping us to maintain a relaxing environment.

Electronic Devices
Cell phones, beepers, and other communication devices are not allowed in the Spa area. Please refrain from using them during your appointment. Keeping them on quiet mode or vibrate is appreciated.

Amenities
Spa robes, towels, slippers and lockers are provided.

Our Recommendation
Smocks are provided for all chemical treatments. Please be advised, we are not responsible for clothing damaged during a service.

Our Promise
We guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut, one week of a color, and two weeks of a permanent. Rob Rivers The Salon & Spa cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered at another facility.

Referral Program
We appreciate your patronage and referrals of new clients. When you refer a friend to the salon, your name will entered into a monthly drawing for a luxurious spa service.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at check out in order to be used for payment. We will not honor lost or stolen gift certificates.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept any returns for retail credit only, provided that they have only been used once and are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not give refunds or exchanges on equipment, special order items, and specially marked products.
